I was tasked with creating four social media posts and one short video. The work needed to follow supplied brand guidelines and make use of existing brand assets, alongside additional assets I sourced to support the concepts.

Approach
I developed each social post based on the supplied concepts, translating them into clear, engaging visuals designed for social platforms.

This included a three-frame carousel built around festive biscuit wordplay, static posts that highlighted the personalities of different biscuits within the selection box, and a graphic inspired by the back-of-pack layout, styled in McVitie’s iconic blue.
For the video, I brought the provided script to life using a simple, static group chat format. The animation focused on timing and pacing to land the humour, supported by the supplied music and dialogue, while staying within the brand’s visual system.
Outcome
The final set of social assets delivered a cohesive and playful Christmas campaign, designed to be easily shared and immediately recognisable. The combination of static posts and video helped bring the festive concept to life while remaining consistent with brand guidelines and tone.
