Overview
Ricebox Studio, a creative studio that brings together technology and storytelling for social impact, wanted to promote their Techbox hackathon workshops. These hands-on events invite students to learn new tech skills, collaborate, and find creative solutions to real-world challenges. The goal was to capture the spirit of the workshops and celebrate the ideas and outcomes students produced.​​​​​​​
Approach
Working on a freelance basis, I filmed, photographed, designed and edited a series of Instagram reels to promote the workshops. Using a mix of my own footage and assets provided by Ricebox Studio, I created engaging, fast-paced reels that showed the excitement and creativity behind each session. The content was crafted to feel inspiring and authentic, reflecting Ricebox’s mission and encouraging more students to take part.
Outcome
The reels brought Ricebox Studio’s mission to life, increased engagement on social media, and helped spark student interest in future hackathon workshops.
